About Us
Gilo Charity Fund, is a corporation organized and existing under the Not for Profit Act of the State of New Jersey, with its head office located at 14 Independence Court, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701.
The Corporation is organized in 2015 exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes, making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations or to individuals on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Our objectives and purpose of this organization are to:
- by providing relief to the poor or the underprivileged through grants to organizations or to individuals that have been thoroughly vetted for need.
- by providing books, equipment, and educational aids to students. By providing scholarships and financial assistance to be used for education to encourage academic excellence.
- by providing programs and workshops in Talmudic studies.
- since it’s inception, ב”ה, Gilo has distributed over $1,300,000 in grants.
